Getting Started
What is Vitalis Wellness?
Vitalis Wellness is a telehealth platform. We connect patients with licensed healthcare providers for prescription GLP-1 weight loss treatments and ED medications — all online. We handle the platform and the operations. The clinical decisions belong to the clinicians.
How do I get started?
Fill out the online assessment. It takes about ten minutes. A licensed provider in our network reviews your responses and decides whether treatment is right for you. If you qualify, your prescription is issued and your medication ships directly to you.
Do I need a referral or an existing doctor?
No. You do not need a referral and you do not need an existing relationship with a provider. Start the assessment and a licensed provider in our network takes it from there.
Does Vitalis Wellness take insurance?
No. Vitalis Wellness operates on a direct-pay model. There are no insurance authorizations, no pre-approvals, no coverage denials. You pay directly.
What states are you available in?
Treatment through Vitalis Wellness is subject to current state licensing within our provider network. Your intake assessment will confirm availability in your state before you proceed.
What happens if a provider determines I am not a candidate for treatment?
They will tell you. You will not be charged for medication you are not receiving.
Treatments
What treatments does Vitalis Wellness offer?
Weight loss: semaglutide and tirzepatide. Sexual health: sildenafil and tadalafil. Women's health: Velora and Desira. Hair: Folicle Fuel 1, Folicle Fuel 2 and ReGrow Fuel. Wellness: NAD+ Nasal Spray, Glutathione and GHK-Cu Topical. Every treatment is prescription-only and requires an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider before a prescription is written. The full list is on our Treatments page.
What ED treatments does Vitalis Wellness offer?
Sildenafil and tadalafil. Both are prescription medications for erectile dysfunction, and both require an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider before a prescription is written. Your provider decides whether either is appropriate for you, and which one.
What are semaglutide and tirzepatide?
They are GLP-1 receptor agonists — prescription medications that affect the hormones involved in appetite and blood sugar regulation. Both have been studied in clinical trials for weight management. A licensed provider will determine whether either medication is appropriate for your specific situation.
How does my medication get to me?
If a licensed provider issues a prescription, your medication ships directly to the address you provide. No pharmacy visit required.
How long does it take to see results?
Outcomes vary from person to person. A licensed provider will give you an honest picture of what to expect based on your individual situation. Individual results are not typical.
Can I pause or cancel my treatment?
Yes. Where your treatment is provided on a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel or pause future billing at any time — through your account’s subscription settings, or by emailing support with your name and the email address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future charges and future fulfillments; it does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing cycle except where required by applicable law. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before that cycle’s renewal date. A product order can be cancelled at any time before it has been dispensed or shipped, but because prescription and compounded products may be prepared and dispensed quickly after a provider issues a prescription, we cannot guarantee a cancellation request will be processed before an order ships.
Cancelling an order, appointment, or subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Full terms are in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Are these treatments right for me?
That is not a question we can answer — and it should not be. A licensed healthcare provider in our network will review your case and make that call. Our job is to make access to that evaluation as straightforward as possible. The clinical determination is theirs.
Pricing
Are there hidden fees?
No. We show you the full cost before you commit. The number you see going into the assessment is the number.
Does Vitalis Wellness accept insurance?
No. Vitalis Wellness is a direct-pay platform. There is no billing to insurance, no co-pays, and no coverage requirements. You know exactly what you are paying before you start.

Is Vitalis Wellness operated by a physician?
Vitalis Wellness is operated by Vitalis Wellness LLC as a management services organization. We do not provide clinical care and we do not employ clinicians. All prescribing authority rests with our independent network of licensed providers.
